Work With Me
Leadership & wellness coaching for socially-conscious changemakers
DRIVEN TO LEAD
The pressures are immense. Change is constant. Urgency is growing. It’s no wonder you’re overwhelmed, overworked, and feeling disillusioned by the effort it takes to enact change in our world.
We need you and all you’ve got.
Making change and feeling good while doing it is possible. But it requires a willingness to look inside and commitment to the 4 Inner Skills* of socially-conscious leadership: Presencing, Sensing, Relating, and Acting.
*My framework, based upon research from the Center for Healthy Minds, the Inner Development Goals initiative, Theory U, and my experience coaching highly-driven leaders.
-
Presencing
The foundational skill for leading in our complex, noisy world. Reduce overwhelm and learn to stay focused on what truly matters.
-
Sensing
Refine your thinking skills and expand your feeling skills to access other ways of knowing. Your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and sensations are gateways to true transformation.
-
Relating
Lead with compassion, transform conflict, and co-create instead of dominate. We change the world through our relationships, and that begins with yourself.
-
Acting
Learn to stay grounded in your purpose as a changemaker amidst the pressure to operate in the old paradigm. Bring presencing, sensing, and relating into practice to enact courageous change.
My approach is rooted in:
My background in community development, sociology, and systems thinking
A graduate degree in Integrative Health Coaching with an emphasis on health equity and cultural awareness
Being a student of the scholars, activists, and thought leaders critiquing the systems of oppression causing harm to our human and non-human kin
Mindfulness, somatics, and grounded (non-new-agey) spiritual practice
Training in restorative justice practices and a natural talent for conflict resolution
My lived experience as a Highly Sensitive Person, leader, and changemaker
LGBTQIA+ affirming care and cultural humility
Collapse-awareness, climate change, and garden metaphors
